The Palestine lodges case against the Israeli settlers at the Int’l Criminal Court

Palestine authority filed a lawsuit against Israeli illegal settlers in the International Criminal Court on Monday. The settlers have been charged with resorting terrorism against the Palestinian people. A Ramallah based Palestine government’s foreign minister Riyad Maliki on Monday, filed the case against the Jews lawbreakers at ICC situated in The Hague in The Netherlands. Mahmud Abbas, the president of the administration ordered him to lodge the case, the reliable sources said. Earlier, the foreign minister handed over the papers with document to his lawyer Fattah Bensudar. It is mentionable that the settlers on Friday in Nablus in West Bank, set fire on a house and bombed the installation for grabbing the land forcibly and illegally that incited the Palestine locals. They wounded and protested, but all went in vain. In this incident, a 14 days-child was killed mercilessly that made shocked everyone in Palestine territories. The parents and a brother aged 4 years also were burnt seriously and they are now suffering at the hospital beds. People in peace-loving globe for long since, demanding to give the legitimate rights to live with the Palestinian people, but the militants do not pay heed to those words. In addition, they are continuing their barbaric attack upon the innocent people living in West Bank and Ramallah and the rest of the Palestine owned territories.
