Taliban eager to participate in peace process of Afghanistan

Talibans in Afghanistan and Pakistan are now ready to bring peace in their regions. The former premier and Taliban apex leader Mollah Omar’s spokesperson said this on the eve of Eid festive. Congratulating this gesture from Taliban side, Afghan president Ashraf Ghani said this step would usher the avenue of peace in Afghanistan and the surrounding. He welcomed their eagerness to join the peace process, saying Afghan people want peace instead of bloodshed in the soil. He aspired to resolve all conflicts with discourse. Earlier, in July, Pakistan hosted a face-to-face peace talks between Taliban and Afghan government supervised by Chinese representatives and US. That discourse erased suspicion and want of confidence among the warring parties. Now both the parties prepare to sit together as they earlier committed to sit after Ramadan. It is mentionable here that once Ghani sought support from Pakistan to make sit the two warring parties. Accordingly, Islamabad influenced all to come to a table of discussion.
