Spanish Princess Maria Teresa died on Friday after testing positive
for Covid-19. Charles, 71, become the second royal in the world to test
positive for the disease after Prince Albert of Monaco, 62, was confirmed to be
the first head of state to have tested positive for the virus. Charles had met
Prince Albert just two weeks ago at a Water Aid event in London, although the
pair were always stood far apart and sat on other sides of the table. The Queen
is currently staying at Windsor Castle with her husband Prince Philip amid the
UK lockdown and is said to be in good health. However, the corona virus toll in
Italy shot past 10,000 on Saturday and showed little sign of slowing despite a
16-day lockdown. In Bangladesh, one more
dies of corona virus, 6 new cases confirmed, says IEDCR. One more corona
virus (COVID-19) patient, aged over 70, died in the country and six new cases
were confirmed in the last 24 hours, said the Institute of Epidemiology,
Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) here today. IEDCR Director Professor Dr
Meerjady Sabrina Flora said while briefing the media through videoconference
from IEDCR office. Now death toll from the corona virus stands at four while
the number of total corona virus infected patients rises to 39 with the new six
cases. To tackle the menace, the government
has initiated a process to draw a digital map to track corona virus cases and
find out areas susceptible to contamination by using mobile users’ information.
